NAME
DBcvt - convert a database file between 3B and VAX formats
SYNOPSIS
DBcvt source
DESCRIPTION
DBcvt converts a database file between 3B and VAX formats. Although
the conversion is performed `in place,' if the process is interrupted
or fails for some other reason, the source file is unaffected, and in
rare cases, a file named source.cvt may remain. The exit code is 0 on
success, 1 in other cases.
